Our clients appreciate the way Curo nurtures the relationship with their tenants, assisting them in arranging repayments that satisfy all parties while providing peace of mind during uncertain times.
Empathy, understanding, and consistency is key to turning the people who won’t pay, into people who will. For former tenants with arrears, we can assist with tracing services to remedy aged debt accounts.
Sometimes, despite the best efforts of the credit controllers, some people can pay, but just won’t pay, we’ll also help you identify and manage these difficult accounts.
